Coach, please continue doing vlogs like this, even after 7 days. I want to become the best basketball player that I can be. You have my support coach

Gonna be using some of these for sure. Really liked the explanation at the end talking about different types of training and what you gain from more randomness vs reps.

Any chance you could post a slowmo of your shot from the front and the side? It would be really helpful.

I think you’ll play a lot better for multiple reasons: 1) the drills you’re doing, as you’ve said, force you to be creative. Which helps a lot because when you play you just naturally create. So the fact you’ve been working on that will help. 2) you’re boosting your confidence in creating moves and in your skills. Which to me is 90% of basketball. So you got the drills down which force you to be creative and you have more confidence? It’s a wrap.

Great take. I agree. I think with more people time and even more creative drills - a player could use this this method and become very consistent in games with “their” shots

Love the workout coach! Quick question how do you make the drills more reactive & game realistic? My problem is when working on my game it’s hard for me to get a partner to play against
