The average working class man and woman have struggle day in and Day out just to make ends meet, live to work and end up broken down old people who no one wants anymore. So it always puts a smile on my face when the underdog gets to take BIG BROTHERS MONEY 😂

Ryan is so good at acting my out “normal things” like dancing with the dog and the interaction just seems so genuine, not like it’s in a movie

this is easily the most memorable scene of the movie.... whether it's the song... the jubilation of successfully pulling off the first heist... ryan gosling swaying the dog from side to side to make it look like it's dancing.... ben mendleson reacting to it? this is the scene that for me sticks out the most!!!/ when discussing avant-garde indie films with other like minded cinephiles..... if this movie comes up, I IMMEDIATELY start singing "dancing in the dark." seriously... this scene is just so damn memorable!!
