Thank you for posting this. I have a 2012 Edge Limited. The image turned up side down. Resetting system defaults or diconecting the battery per other posts didn't work. I didn't really want to pay $60 to $160 for a new camera. I followed the steps to remove a camera on a 2012 edge posted on KZbin. Once I had the camera out, I pried it apart as you show. It was very easy and the edge is clean. I had the #7 torx screws. I Turned the lens 180 degrees. I glued the cover to be on the safe side. So far the image is right side up.

I have the same problem. The camera is upside down. Flipping the camera is only a quick fix but not a permanent one. Microsoft & Ford should fix the problem.

same here. image on the 2012 focus estate remained the same :-(
