I have had sleep paralysis since I was a kid., I didn't know that's what it was until I was older. It intensified as a teen and young adult. I use to think demons were trying to steal my soul bc of the dark shadows. My soul would leave my body and I would have to work to wake myself up to get back in my body. When I found out lots of other ppl experience this I kinda felt relieved. I agree as I get older it definitley happens way less and less intense.

I can relate. I had several sleep paralysis cases when i was taking sleep medication (Daridorexant). Shortly after i fell asleep, i wake up very tired and ready to fall asleep again, if there werent this strange and heavy oscilating pressure buzzing pain in my head, which hurt really bad and came in waves. I (obviously) couldnt move. When i try move, it felt like invisible boundaries snapped me back in place, and the buzzing pain came right back, like i was being punished. But for some reason i intuitivly had no fear of that, i just knew what state i were in. I had hallucinations in which i was floating slowly through my room (in lying positon), and once even "glitching" into the wall. I almost enjoyed it. In another instance, i could actually stand up and walk through my dark room, and see things (maybe rats) walking on the floor. every now and then while in this state, i snapped unobtrusively back into my bed. If the paralysis experience wasnt that intense, i would just fall asleep before actually awakening from it, but if it was, i would very awake, sweating and pale, and instantly rushing out of my bed. the only real bad thing about all that was the pain. I enjoyed the hallucinations.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Sleep paralysis can be intense and disorienting, especially with medication involved. It’s interesting that you found some aspects of the hallucinations enjoyable despite the pain. Everyone’s experiences with sleep states can vary widely, and it’s always intriguing to hear how others perceive and cope with these phenomena. I hope you’ve found some relief since then.

When you say your external reality was being played with it's called a "false awakening" - where you think you've woken up but you're actually still sleeping. I'm pretty sure you can have dreams within dreams within dreams as that used to happen to me. I'd think I'd woken up then wake up "for real" only to realise that that new "section of experiencing" was also a dream. This could happen several times. It's weird that when you truly wake up you are even more convinced you've woken up properly than in any of the false awakenings. It's real cool. I haven't had any of that for years though.

Thanks for sharing your experience-it’s fascinating how our minds can create such layered and complex dreams. I totally get what you’re saying about false awakenings; they can be so disorienting, yet strangely intriguing. I’ve definitely had similar experiences where it feels like I’m waking up over and over again, only to realize I’m still dreaming. It’s interesting how convincing each ‘waking up’ moment can feel, even when it’s not real. Dreams are such a wild ride! Appreciate you watching and commenting.

I'm confused as to why you would want more frightening experiences of a demonic nature. I encourage you to get a bible (if you don't already have one) and read the book of John over and over. There's power in the name of Jesus to free you from demonic oppression and to save your soul. Wishing you well.

Thank you for your concern and for taking the time to share your thoughts. This video was published many years ago, and my perspective on these experiences has evolved since then. While I appreciate your advice and the well-wishes, I’ve found that people have different ways of understanding and processing these kinds of experiences. I'm doing fine. Wishing you all the best as well.

First thing I experienced was an OBE. A few days after a good friend died. Not sure if it's linked, but was my first real loss. Then sleep paralysis with just not being able to move. Months later I had woken up with SP and had my first demonic encounter. It was not a shadow person, it was about the size of a 2/3 year old. Walked to the end of my bed, and got on it and crawled up my legs until it's face was in my face. Pale white skin, dark veins visible on it, and it's eyes black as coal. I've experienced that exact scenario 3 times, years apart in different houses.

Thank you for the video! I have Acid 11, the Japanese version - only thing I could get in Japan - mainly just using it for doing audio tracks of my guitar stuff. I didn't have the problem at first, but now, for some reason each clip I record is giving me some kind of very annoying beat, not from the metronome, but in the clip. I have no idea how to get rid of it. I record a clip, and I can see the guitar sound, in one line across my screen, but there is another line below it with little clicks. I am trying to get rid of that with zero luck. Could you point me in the right direction to get rid of this?

I have a very similar story to yours! Here is how you induce “sleep paralysis”… 1) Wake up early and go about your day, try to physically exhaust yourself so you can go to sleep easily. 2) Only sleep for two hours, set an alarm so you wake up. 3) Stay up for approximately two hours and go back to sleep. 4) Focus on being aware and relaxed and try to tune in to the vibrations, it will happen at the right time. 5) Once you feel “sleep paralysis” coming, try to stay calm because if you get too excited, you’ll mess it up. That’s all.

I used to have these experiences often but only for a brief amount of time in my life. After searching online and relating to others experiences, I deduced that it was simply just an enhanced form of nightmares. It was only until I came across the book "Adventures Beyond the Body" by William Buhlman that I started to see the connections between out of body experiences and sleep paralysis. I wish I had read the book before being persuaded by the internet. I strongly recommend that book to you and actually everyone, who is open to it. I see you don't really touch much on this subject anymore on your channel but I would love to hear what you experience and what you think of these experiences now.

They're not selling hardware, not sure where you got that idea from. It's just a free open-source project, like so many other things on the internet. It was originally a paid plugin, but the original developer stopped support and open sourced it so the community could support it. It has surpassed the paid original a long time ago though, hence the "XT". The same volunteer team also maintains the sampler Shortcircuit and the sequencer Stochas (both also paid plugins originally). There are some extremely generous people out there.

I started on ACID 2.0 and still to this day use it. I’ve produced the majority of my music on there. I’ve produced for a lot of rappers and even currently have official albums drop by established artists that I produced and 90% of it is on ACID. I do have a MPC and a SP but always find myself back to ACID. I have a hard time using midi on it though but alot of my beats are samples from records so it usually doesn’t matter but is nice for bass lines and little nuances. The rapper APATHY produces/records/mix/masters all of his projects on ACID too.

If you want to stop a sleep paralysis because your afraid then just hold your breath you will almost immediately regain control of your muscles If you want to Astral project then you need to induce a sleep paralysis first, this is accomplished by setting a timer to wake you up in the middle of the night and immediately laying back down and do not think about anything and do not move a muscle at some point your body will start to go numb at this point it’s kinda up to you to not loose conciseness it’s kind of like when your super drunk and your fighting the urge to go to sleep, and at some point you’ll start to feel your body paralyzing itself starting from the feet and going up to your head, once in sleep paralysis you will start to hallucinate a bit and hear sounds that aren’t there just ignore them and do not be afraid the hallucinations will go away and you’ll start to hear real world noise like cars outside or your neighbors, at that point focus and imagine yourself failing inverted towards the ceiling as if gravity was inverted you’ll start to feel shaking or trembling around you, it will be obvious that it’s not your body but it will kinda feel like a tingling sensation just keep focusing on falling inverted, Now hears the scary part, as your staring at the ceiling, out of nowhere you will fall into it, it doesn’t sound scary but it’s totally creepy when it happens because it’s a Holly shit it actually worked moment but on top of that your not fully prepared for when it happens it’s like a quiet ominous jump scare The reason you need to be in a sleep paralysis is because you need to have control of both your full conscious and sub conscious mind at the same time by being in between awake and asleep, you need to border the line of being in the middle To test if your actually in an Astral Projection or just dreaming I recommend getting a deck of cards and placing 3 or more of them upside down on a desk without looking at what they are then lay down and start the process of Astral travel so you could go and see with your astral vision what the cards are, then when your done astral traveling write down on paper what you seen if it matches up with what’s on your cards then congratulations it wasn’t just a dream This isn’t an easy thing and actually takes practice so don’t think it’s going to happen right away, if you could get the first step down of sleep paralysis then the rest will be easy, just keep practicing and everything will fall into place Btw there seams to be a lot of misconceptions of what Astral Projection is, your spirit is NOT leaving your body and you are not in any spiritual plane of existence, your observing the universe in real time, your essentially a watcher in the sky, and your consciousness is somehow being projected into the universe, your unlocking some hidden paranormal abilities that apparently we all have Please Do not use this to be a peeping Tom or to stalk your ex’s, it’s a spiritual experience that should not be degraded for personal satisfaction

Hi Marshall! Thank you for making this video and I want to let you know how brave it is for you to be sharing these experiences. I’ve only come across this video now due to my own experiences with paralysis and astral projection! & I would love to share my insights if you’re interested in listening. From my own research, experience and connection to myself and God, I will put it this way. The astral realm is the spiritual realm. And it’s controlled by own imagination. All of our deepest fears, joys and thoughts are brought to life here. Manifested through the power of own mind. It is something I have been delving into and have struggled with insomnia and sleep deprivation because of what I’ve seen in paralysis. For me specifically, it has been showing me the parts of myself that has remained hidden, things I haven’t wanted to face, either by choice or complete subconscious unawareness. And so perhaps this is something people can relate to today. We as human, don’t want to face how powerful our mind is and what it can conjure into existence. The only different is that in the astral, it appears within seconds, but in the 3D waking realm it takes times for it to manifest. Hence the whole philosophy with manifestation that has become a spiritual trend in society. But those that have this insight have the power to truly conjure anything they want. And in truth we all have this power but it is all dependent on how willing we are to be open to the possibilities. Another note: there are external forces who know we have this power, we can call them demons, lower vibrational entities, the devil. The name does not matter. But it is important to know that these forces work against us to prevent this power from being actualised. Because it knows, that if all of the human race were to be aware of it. Then the era of the devil would be over. Take everything I say with your own discretion and go back to yourself to review and feel into if this is something to you resonate with. Go to god, if you believe in a higher power, that is, and ask for assurance on what you’ve read. The answers lie within you. I hope you receive this message and it finds you well. X
