Just beautiful and the voices of your Irish audiences add another layer to that beauty. This song has its arms outstretched, offering to cradle all who hear it. 💚🎶💚

I've known and sung this song for decades ... but this version, voice, atmosphere - and, yea, the words too, brought tears to my eyes. Thank you - esp. for awakening the embers of the fire buried so deep under concerns of the day.

When I first heard this rendition sung by your father, I was blown away thinking how beautiful to transform this song from conflict and war to kindness and joy. Singing to the spirits of the people who passed through this building..... so beautiful.. Thanks

thank you. And I just love how the old melody can hold new truths. Padraig Stevens and Siobhan O'Higgins did an incredible job reimagining these words.

This is a beautiful documentary Áine. I loved hearing you reflect on different things. For me, the creative process is predictable but somehow just as impossible feeling along the way every time. It's also one of my most favourite things to create, it is a moving thing to bring something that means something to you into being. Taking a break is hard to do when you're trying to finish something, but when you come back rested to add finishing touches that is where it really brings a big project a lot of extra soul and you leave it on a rich and fulfilled note rather than exasperated and rushed. Ps. That laptop black screen of doom has happened to me before more than once. I felt your pain trying to turn it on in safe mode holding down different keys....
