Make sure to keep hearing aid compatibioty in the off designation, unless using a tcoil with the iphone, as that will cause bluetooth streaming interference.

I was glad to find this video for when my manual is not at hand. I seem to always find the correct direction to mount it by chance, after some tries. My brain can’t seem to come around the shape of the ear and how to fit these tiny things. When I tried to follow your instruction for the one hearing aid shown in the video, the adjustment felt all wrong and loose. However, I went on and tried to imagine how to adjust the opposite hearing aid’s string, but that felt wrong too. My poor three dimensional coordination skills gave up 😂 I will return to my luck strategy 😂 So I figured, maybe I have been placing them wrong all along, so that the string took a different turn/shape from the beginning - to fit the outer ear. Anyway. 1 - Would it be possible to have the video longer (move slower) or make it freeze on certain angles? It’s very fast to my liking for a technical instruction. Also, it would be nice to have the method shown for the opposite hearing aid shown, too. (Spejling) 🧠🧠 2. To increase user friendliness, I imagine this visual nudge: The user pairs two dots/coloured marks. (And/or a tactile option) : One mark on one side (of four) on the loudspeaker part and one mark on the appropriate side (of four) on the base of the grip. I hope this makes sense. It would definitely make me want to clean and rinse more often if there were no trial and error phase to look forward to 😂🩶🦻🦻🤍

Thank you for posting this! Long story but I needed to answer an iPhone that had the black screen of death but still was receiving calls. I've had the Oticon miniRITE since January 2020 and never knew about this function; makes me wonder what else I'm missing.

Can I use the My Music program as my all the time program, the general is better for voices but I can not play harmonica with the general at all? My music is deeper but at least I can play and listen andnot have to change often! Setting these oticons up for playing music and concerts has been difficult , many trips to the audiologist!

Hello. Please, improve accessibility for blind users in the app. Right now, Im not able to change the program for the iPhone app. VoiceOver, the screen reader software included in all Apple devices, is not able to select the program and perfom changes using the app for IOS and Apple Watch.

I do not see the equalizer in the Android app.

Although I see what you are doing here with no sound, the reason I have tried to get some guidance on this is because your booklets are hopeless and I googled how to pair things etc, my son is completely deaf in one ear, so has 2 different models of hearing aids, one for each side. And an edumic for his teacher at school. He is 6 years old, but I am not deaf at all and instead of being able to be helpful to him, i just got incredibly frustrated with your stupid videos, 0 out of 5 stars. Would 100% not recommend oticon to anybody! (Excuse the exclamation mark, you may not be able to hear it, but I mean it!)
