I have a service dog. She almost died. I wish I had a van. But disabled makes it so hard. God bless. Thanks for your help.

Remember it's a car it goes from one place to another simply drive to the higher elevations where there's lower humidity at these elevations you probably need nothing more than a fan another way is black and all your windows run your air conditioning to it's nice and cool turn off the engine then run a fan

Wet towels in the windows or with fans will help! Find shade and keep the window shades up

Awesome! We just recently became homeless and live out of the car. It’s been rough but not as bad as we thought at first. I’m over in Raleigh and the homeless population has exploded! Thanks to Build Back Better!

Are you pulling the hot air out(exhaust) or pulling in the outside air?

I would imagine he's definitely venting the hot air out. Especially since heeat gets trapped in cars and specially around the roof area. If you want to pull cool air in you'd probably want the vent somewhere under the car where it's shaded and the air is cooler

dear But in my country, the heat is high - The weather and high temperature hurts because of the heat in the air - changing the air with the fan is not enough The fan does not work inside the oven

Thats good advice... I'll stay away from the evaporative water cooler as I live in a humid area. That one is pretty expensive too, although I know you can get much cheaper (less efficient) ones. I was contemplating getting a compressor portable AC (the type used for camping, tents etc, not the ones for home use). Expensive too, and it requires exhaust ventilation through a hose. But that should not cause moisture inside, no more than your car AC would. And it may not be too hard to rig up a window vent. But if you are in your car or SUV, as opposed to a van, space may be an issue as the compressor AC is a good size. A new trend is DYI window ventilation kits and there are some you can buy. Yup a fan is probably the best way to go and I like that you got a nice big one as that is what it will take during extremely hot times. I recommend having a container of ice and ice water that you can periodically wet a small towel or sponge with and dab yourself with the ice water while the fan is on you. You will get so cold fast. Yeah, its temporary (so you got to repeat it) but will bring your temperature down and cool you preventing possible heat sickness. The cool feeling can last a surprising amount of time though if you keep a fan directly on you. And you can wet your shirt a little and let that dry off on you.

Late comment, but your fans are actually working off DC. The power adaptors covert ac to DC. You could go get 12v affairs that work with those fans. Less energy conversion loss.

1. YOU COULD BUY ICE 2. WRAP THE BAG OF ICE IN A THICK BEACH TOWELS, 3. PUT THE TOWELED ICE BAG UNDER YOUR NECK, OR LAY ON IT UNTIL YOU NEED TO SWITCH SIDES.

Makes sense to me. Most places are going to be too humid for evaporative cooling to be effective/comfortable. I would want super silent fans though because the noise inside the vehicle would draw attention at night. The ceiling netting has me thinking though 👍

I think the design is flawed and would sag too much after a few hours of direct sunlight. A better approach would be to make much smaller side window inserts with the usb fans included.

good ideas! one suggestion... take the handle off your pots and pans and use a little universal clamp on handle. safer...easier to pack pans....less space as one little handle is used on all pans.
