There are teas you can have that will help with the flow of breast milk and also you have to really massage your breast to get the flow it’s quite painful to massage it I won’t lie, but I had the same problem when I gave birth I will find the teas for you and comment

Chamomile tea helps and keeping hydrated. When ur expressing try and feed her from the other breast as it stimulates. First few days you won’t normally get a lot of milk but u have to constantly express / feed to let the milk flow increase
