I’m pretty new too about a year in, best advice I can give that helped me out without having any musical background is watch beat tutorials, there’s so many on KZbin. That will help with your introduction into music theory, from there you can learn how to build chords and how to mix properly. Drums come Farley easy just make sure to turn down the drums a little bit not the 808s though. Hi hats and snare have a lot of high end sound they tend to drown out the sample. But it takes time my first beats were so trash but after about a couple months they began to sound a lot better but you’re starting out good!!
