Grady, This video is very helpful. I just purchased a new 200 Gallon Ag Sprayer and I was lost prior to seeing this video. Thank you, sir.

Are you working on the boom calibration video? This one was great, would like to see the boom version, I’m guessing the only difference would be multiplying due to the extra tips. What is the advantage of boom or boom less for 1 acre of turf? I only plan to spray herbicides and pesticides, not fertilizer. Do you ship your 25 gallon rigs?

One part I’m having a bit of trouble with in my head, I get the dividing the 128 ounces by 10 because you multiplied is by 10, but then how are you coming up with the 12.8 gallons per acre? Would you multiply the 12.8 by 128 since we divided 43560 by 128, which is 1638.4 ounces an acre, then you divide by 128 again since that’s how many ounces are in a gallon?? I guess it’s confusing since you caught 128 ounces and that’s how many are in a gallon. Sorry for the long comment.

@j.w.7706 Thanks for your interest in Van's and your feedback. You are correct, we caught 128 ounces in the allotted time. we then divided the ounces by 10 because we multiplied by 10 to get a more accurate distance. It just so happened it was 12.8 gallons per acre ( 128 ounces caught ). Please let us know if you have any other questions. Here at Van's, we are here to help
