It’s just crazy. I look at this roof, and this roof is shot. And it doesn’t look shot from any particular single event. It just looks degraded, worn, and totaled out. Again, insurance is there to cover you against particular events. Not a collection of events. The reason this dude needs a new roof isn’t because of that tornado…that was just the nail in the coffin. And the real scammers are people that try and hold out buying a new roof and wait for a storm to try and get insurance to buy them a new roof. And then they have the nuts to get pissed off when insurance tells them screw off 😂😂😂

Gotta laugh at the change in demeanor as he asks about the recording. If you're doing your job to the best of your ability, and you follow a code of ethics while doing it, why for the defensive stance so sudden. It just reinforces the fact that there is/was shady activity that was about to occur. There's a reason documentation should happen for accountability purposes and here's yet another great example.

Why didn't you use your own ladder? Never use the adjuster's ladder. Never tell the adjuster about the granual loss either, let them make that claim. Bad on both sides.

That’s how guys get hurt. Thinking you don’t need your paws on and frolicking all over the roof even though it’s showing obvious signs of wear and granule loss. It only takes 1 fall to turn you into a vegetable. Only takes a minute to get your boots on fellas. Don’t take shortcuts.

Insurance companies...there are times when they work as intended and truly save people's livelihoods, but most of the time they fight as hard as they can to pay out less than you pay to them.
