I attended PR drum major camp that year. Apart of the camp we got to march part of the first set during practice. Absolutely amazing experience.

I was a 2004-2016 "Academy" Volunteer and now forever fan, also Self-Proclaimed: "DrumCorpsRelic" 1965-Present. In addition, I'm a humble, Self-Taught Pianist/Composer. Blessed to have made my 2003 International solo piano performance debut (In Sydney, AUS, my "Home Away From Home" 1997-2017.) at Sydney Stadium Olympic Park. Amazing show once again. “Bloooo” have been at the lead in innovation for the past decade or so. “Riffs and Revelations” in my most humble opinion, raised the bar so much in terms of how much I enjoyed a field show, and I don’t understand how it didn’t win (but I’m not a trained judge). I’d compared it to when I binged all of Breaking Bad and felt it was a good, that when I tried binging anything else (sons of anarchy), it felt kind of a downgrade from that as good as it was. Eventually I did end up getting into sons of anarchy, but it took me a while. Maybe I’ll grow into this show, but holy smokes do I still like to see riffs and revelations.
