You can invert the colours with the invert effect and then you can finetune it with levels or curves!

Nice Ideas but sorry this isn't exactly a tutorial. It more like an intro to what the tutorial will be about without actually showing the tutorial ??

Hi, I have a question When I add the stardust effect, it is not positioned in the center of the composition, i.e. not close to the anchor point, and therefore cannot achieve the entire effect. Do you have a recess?

biar lebih gampang ngerti fungsi dari masing2 parameter, coba add camera trus cameranya di-rotate :)

Awesome! How did you bring up the search queue for effects using a keyboard shortcut? Saw it somewhere once and couldn't find it again. Is it a plugin?
@Shapex82 жыл бұрын
Yeah, it is a plugin from Video Copilot named FX Console. The short cut is Left shift + Backspace.
@The.Baizon7 ай бұрын
Here's how you do it manually :) Select the File > Left Click > Effect > Channel > Invert

Learned two great things in two seconds (31-32 s). 1. Doubleclick on the mask icon creates a full-solid-sized mask. 2. cmd+t for Mast Free Transform to scale the mask.

Why there is no white paper texture ?
@robstacle53202 жыл бұрын
I only scanned black paper, but you can easily invert the color to get white version of the paper

@@robstacle5320 Can you please make paper texture loop video?

I really like the video, however I feel like this is meant for more intermediate after effects users as it skips over the reasons why you're doing it and doesn't help people who are new to the program learn what everything does, which is kinda the people who look up tutorials for these kind of things. Just some food for thought and I really wanna see you grow!
@estrellasfamosasenaccion Жыл бұрын
Como on now Felt, this is were you need to take a little bit of initiative and do your own research, hence this will only help you at the end as during the process you'll learn the nuts and bolts. i"m great full for the file and the tutorial. My experience level is between 2-3 but I'm enjoying the learning curve!

Which particle grid based system are u using? Red Giant based? or the default one that comes with AE?
@robstacle53203 жыл бұрын
I am using Stardust for the example. But the principle is the same for Trapcode Form (Red Giant)

Would love an in-depth tutorial. Been using after-effects for a while but don't have a clue what just happened. Thank you!
@Eikonic_2 жыл бұрын
That's because you can't do this with stock AE tools... At least, not easily. You need a 3rd party plugin, such as Trapcode Form. That seems a rather obvious omission from the video.
All that for 83 seconds! Work hard and anything is possible ;)

You made your tunnel seamless, yet don't show how :( There is a huge jump in mine, I followed all your settings. What could I be missing? ty!
@robstacle53203 жыл бұрын
At around 2 minutes I use the replica node to make a long tunnel to loop it. Make sure the emitter is in the centre. When using fractal noise colour map you can toggle cycle evolution to create loop colour map. Hope this helps :)
