Sandra, I am so sorry you have to go through this. Many people find Castor Oil packs to be soothing. Not only to aid the spot of the issue but just to soothe the emotional aspects. I can't explain it, I just feel more chill after using one. Epsom salt baths can soothe the nerves and a grounding sheet will arrive quickly, if you order it right away. I always feel better when I participate in my body's healing and these are just a few ideas. You may have a favorite self-healing routine. Please baby yourself! You got this. ❤

It goes like this: I authorize my body to release whatever is not necessary to its perfect functioning and I revoke any prior conscious or unconscious authorization to the contrary. I believe in prayer for sure! And I will be sending love and prayers your way. And something else that I learned recently. Your Angels are always there waiting to help us when we need it. But you have to call on them. Every time I have done that, my problems went away. I’m asking your angels to calm your mind and release your anxiety 🙏🏻. I am a breast cancer survivor who had 2 surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation a dozen or so years ago. You will think I am crazy but I am grateful for that experience. The amount of love and support from friends and family was amazing! I can see the Angels cradling you and smoothing your brow and easing your fears. You will be ok❤
