Nope. Every printer has a different slicing software. All you need to do is download the STL file (usually but your printer may use OBJ) And then import it. I'm not familiar with that printer but I bet there's a tutorial on it somewhere. Check out thingiverse too for awesome fun things to print as a trial run. Good luck

Here's the basics. On start you have to set the y acceleration. In makecode arcade you need "walls" painted on your tilemap but in scratch you have to use a sensing block for a color or a specific y value for the "ground"

I don’t think I’d use PD for this. If you’re virtual then a collaborative whiteboard is a good tool. I used to use Google Jambord but I believe they killed it. There are others. If you want a hardware solution you could go old school and use a document camera setup or overhead webcam or a writing tablet or iPad with Apple Pencil. I tend to stage my writing in text boxes or images and move them in as needed rather than writing live. See some of my old videos on acceleration where I used an app called explain everything.

If your jump works fine after 10 seconds I’d look at the order of your code. Make sure your sprite control code is executed early on start. Just be sure you define the sprite before you try to add code to it. I hope that helps.

Are you using vy (velocity y)?

Did you paint walls on your tile map? After you draw what the level looks like you have to define the blocks as walls or their just decoration and not solid structures. It’s in the tile map editor. Also make sure you have the camera following sprite block.

Yes you can. I download them with an extension (Firefox) and then upload them just to make sure they work if students lose connectivity.

If the kids are on chromebooks be prepared for some lag. The collaborative features really bog down small cheap machines.

I’m not familiar with that error. I’d make sure you have a formatted usb drive. Then make sure your slicing program is exporting the right file format. Sounds more like a disk failure to me. Are you getting that error on the computer or printer?
