Dr Ahmed, everybody talks about the importance of doing the pre operative marks with the patient in a sitting or upright position because the possibility of cyclorotation.... but even if the marker is i the right position (for example with the gravity instrument) , the patient can can tilt his/her head a few grades..... how can you control the head tilt in your patients during the preoperative marking?
