Should work universally for all Ro-Scale systems, this video is relatively old so if you're using 2.1 there's an updated module on the steel rail interactive site in the assets section. If you're trying to implement it on something other than Ro-Scale, then sadly I can't help you.

Downeaster studios, the controller and set is nowhere to be found, im not sure if you used the hold horn kit as mine is broken, i have the coal mine set but im not sure if you use the [READ ME] Hold Horn Kit

This is a very old video, this used jake's 3 part horn system where you tapped once to activate it, and another time to deactivate it. I'm pretty sure the new one sets up the same way.
