It's so nice when a production just plays the whole thing straight Albert, two girls. BOOM. I mean, it's OK if people want to make a huge production number out of it (the Broadway revival certainly did!), but I think it's nice when Albert gets the song mostly for himself. It makes the song more intimate. But hey, if you have the talent, GO BIG!

I think it's the guy who posted the video--Michael LaMasa. He's got a great voice and presence.

My school just did Bye Bye Birdie and we used some of the choreography from this but we had like 8 girls dancing in little pillbox hats and long coats like Jackie Kennedy. And the guy playing Albert was absolutely hilarious. But love all if the choreography for this.
