always pay through paypal, if they try this crap, immediately lodge an investigation through paypal and tell them paypal are investigating the mishandling of your money. fashion nova regularly try to screw over their customers regardless of how well versed you are in your consumer rights and their policies, they don't even try to challenge paypal once paypal start an investigation on a payment from them. i have had issues with fashion nova before and i have always paid through paypal so i can get paypal to launch an investigation on them if fashion nova try to give me a store credit refund (this is actually not legal in a lot of countries as well). always just go straight through paypal and save your time trying to email fashion nova customer service.

Fashionnova also put on discounts or half off prices on clothes and never put it on the website that the items are sold out. Customers still purchase the items and only give them store credit and the items don't really be "sold out" they just want to sell it full price. Fashionnova really knows how to get your money.

I wish I would have seen this before ordering. I ordered weeks ago and they haven’t even shipped it. But they lie and say it’s been shipped and delivered but the tracking shows the mail carrier never even received it. They literally stole from me. And if one super famous person would just say something it would help so much. I know they would never know the bad service because they are famous, but maybe one day they will somehow see how us common folk are being scammed so bad. Such a bad company. I had no idea this could happen from a company here in the US that is so successful.

One year ago I order a dress, shoes and some other accessories for a Christmas party. I ordered these items a month in advance and didn’t get them to close to the day of the party. Unfortunately, the dress and shoes didn’t fit and it wasn’t enough time to send it back and order it again especially since it got to me way past their time they said it would be delivered. I asked for a complete refund and they said they couldn’t do it cash refund and they only give me a credit. I sent the items back and never got the credit they promised either. So, I am completely out of my 100 or so dollars. I thought just like you, you broke your word/ contract you should issue me a complete refund. How you have money for celebrity endorsement but can’t issue my money back. So, I never ordered from them again.
