(When seated in the chair of Moses they read the Torah) Like was mentioned in the beginning of this video, "until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter..." What happens if we do not obey the Messiah? John 3:36 NASB1995 [36] He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” Proverbs 28:9 NASB1995 [9] He who turns away his ear from listening to the law/Torah, Even his prayer is an abomination.

You asked the question here and in other messages "Why did Pastor John want the churches to know these things?" But I think the better question is "Why did Jesus want the church to know these things?" John is just writing down what God is showing and telling him, or in one case not writing down what was said, as God commanded him.

Great sereies, thanks! A comment on Laodicea: I have done a lot of research on this. An important point, often misunderstood, is about the warm, cold and lukewarm issue. Laodicea did not have a water source. There were two cities somewhat near that both had water sources. [I don't recall the names without looking thru my notes]. One had wonderful hot springs, famous and very healthy. By the time the water got through the pipes to Laodicea, the water was lukewarm and disgusting with all the chemicals. The other city had ice cold spring water, so cool and refreshing. Once the water reached Laodicea, it was lukewarm and no longer good. The readers of this letter would totally relate to this!!! And while God hates it when we are lukewarm, he doesn't want us to be against Him either. We are to be warm and healthful or deliciously refreshing to those around us.

A couple of notes on the white horse that support your belief that it is not Jesus: First, It is the Lamb [Jesus] that is opening the seals, so it seems it couldn't be him coming forth as he continues to open the seals. Second, An angel commands the rider to come forth, and an angel would never command Jesus. Third, from a footnote in my Bible, when comparing this rider with the Rider on the white horse in 19:11, the word for crown is different, the armament is different, and the reason is different [conquest vs. punishment].

I don't buy that God's new thing is cultural relevance. Because no matter how CCM began its fruit that did not abide in Christ. From sodomite Lonnie Frisbe to Apostates Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith who are celebrated "Gay affirming" friends of the world. I do believe Chuck Smith to be one who loved the Lord Jesus in sincerity and a remnant of converts have survived the falling away that we see today. I learned from Vic Reasoner in his Holy Living that the new thing God does in revival is a renewal in holiness of life and an ever-increasing fear of the Lord.

Thank you for this. It's a great help as I attempt to translate Ezekiel into a different language. However, the gate of 44:1 is not the Eastern gate of the city of Jerusalem. The gate in 44:1 refers to the gate to the Temple.

The laying on the side is the 1st parable of GOD bearing the iniquity 390 year then the siege. the iron pan tells it will be a Roman sieg of Pompey in 63 bc, iron being the symbolic symbol for Rome. Ezekiel then lays on his other side to bear the iniquity of Judah continuing the abominations of animal sacrifices 40 years after "IT IS FINISHED" ending in an iron pan siege in 70 ad.. The arm revealed is the arm of CHRIST prophesyings your house will be mad desolate with no stone left not thrown down. Not the same arm of the LORD is "revealed in Isa. 53:1.

Did Dr Oswalt mean to say Benjamin became absorbed into Judah after the kingdom divided, instead of Simeon? I thought Simeon was one of the 10 tribes that made up the northern kingdom of Israel. I also believe further that if you read Deuteronomy 30... you'll see that the blessing and curse are tied to choice... a Choice for life and prosperity(Blessing) or Death and Evil(Curse) And the out working of those choices are before the people and then documented.
