Yes, sure, PP is a very common plastic material and any plastics can have ultrasonic welding process.. ABS, PC, PP, POM etc..

Noticed under layment on fixture n operator not checking surface of part prior to packing. Several components bonding. Why underlayment on fixture?

Hi Jason,thanks for your comment, the surface of the parts have been all checked after the parts molded, the parts was put on the ultrasonic welding machine for ultrasonic. the fixture was made to fix the part on the machine during the ultrasonic process. so the ultrasonic were doing correctly everytime to the parts..
