Scanned the QR code for new harness, and this is the BS video that you provide?? Could you possibly be any less helpful?? I have a new rescue dog and really needed visual instructions on how to adjust the harness. This video shows nothing even remotely close to instructions. What a pathetic excuse for a product. You need to delete this video, and use one that has instructions that will help your customers. Seriously considering returning the harness now.

I've never seen a more pointless video in my life. I scanned a QR Code to learn how to properly adjust the straps. And yet this video doesn't show you that at all

Harnesses were to designed to encourage the dog to pull. Even if its a front clip harness, its just not safe to use them if your dog insnt under control. What happens if another dog or a person comes up go your dog and a fight or something happens? You wont be able to pull your dogs face away from the other dog or person. And it also encourages your dog to pull. Harnesses are not a good tool to teach loose leash walking as so many things can go wrong. A simple slip leash, haltie or prong or flat collar is much better for teaching loose leash walkibg because youre controlling the head. Wherever a dogs head goes their body will follow. So control their head instead of having to pull them back from something.

This video is SLIGHTLY better than the one I was pointed to via VR code on their pamphlet, but not much. Specific instructions on which way to adjust the straps (move the metal up/down to make the harness smaller/larger) would be incredibly helpful. This is my fourth freedom harness and I DO love them, but I don’t want to have to figure this out myself after a long day. Alas, I will and I have.

This is useless for instructions on how to fit the harness to your dog. I have not been able to make my dog stop pulling, plus they run from me when they see the harness come out to go for a walk. I will be returning these.

What do you think sled dogs wear to “pull” sleds 😂 a harness. I did not see dogs walking by your side, you taking your dogs for a walk under your control. I saw your dogs out in front of you taking you for a walk.

The idea that your dog "must stay by your side" or else "they will think they are the alpha" is an outdated concept. It's ok for dogs to sniff and explore as long as they aren't pulling. Look up loose leash walking

Okay I don’t quite get why the 2 point system works as compared to a regular one point harness but I’m still going to buy one to see how my feisty miniature schnauzer reacts.

2 points of contact give you more stability. With a front only connection harness, if the dog lunges, it is most likely going to either pull you with it or do a "flip" at the end of the leash (spin, actually flip, etc). 2 points of contact prevent that. It also allows you to use physics to reduce the pulling force. If your dog is pulling foward, pull to the side at a 45 degree angle and the force is cut in half (for example). Hi there! We have other videos that show how to adjust and you are welcome to contact us at 704-234-0228 if you are having trouble fitting the harness. Here is a link that just shows putting it on and adjusting it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j3jSY2qMiNuKe6s First adjust the velvet strap to fit correctly around the chest, then adjust the front straps so that they are secure against the front of the chest, then adjust the sternum strap so that everything stays in place. Feel free to call if you need more help!

Instructional leaflet included in pkg gives 1st step as “adjust the front straps so that the O-ring sits snugly” then 2nd is to adjust the sternum strap, velvet strap is never mentioned.

Definitely a quality made harness, however my dog pulled more when wearing this harness than his regular harness and other leash/collar combination. He actually had more ability to pull me down because the weight is distributed across his body
