This suggestion is if you are going to sell. Otherwise, you are right. Enjoy your home with any color that brings you joy, and then when you are ready to sell, make the walls neutral.

I.live in a place like that and it's definitely a big Peyton Place. People are vicious too. The only thing that keeps me here is the affordability and that it's the right size for my life at this time. I love my yard and small unit but that's all.

We do not reside in a 55+ community and I see there is NO difference at all to how much the HOA will monitor their restrictions than the 55+ communities! When you have an HOA involved they can put the same tight restrictions on you such as restricted pet breeds, visitor time length limitations parking restrictions and much more! I think you just need to make sure you know and educate yourself what the restrictions are before making the choice to move into one as well as any non 55+ communities because they are put in place to abide by. As well In mixed age communities of younger adults you have to deal with noise disturbances, loud racing cars, unruly disrespectful kids or their disrespectful damage to your property! I see that the 55+ communities have so many added fun benefits for the 55+ age group to seniors to do that can provide great enjoyment and friendships with real peaceful quiet safe living style and serenity for them wanted! 👍

What you said is so true, many have not lived in a restricted community and are not as knowledgeable as you on what the reality is. There are many good reasons to live in these communities, having your eyes wide open will alleviate any unexpected consequences. Thank you for watching!

Incomes aren’t set to increase. Unemployment is up. Repos up. Foreclosures are up. Consumer debt is up. Cost of living way up. Income won’t increase. Houses price need to go down to 40 to 50% or more. People are broke. It’s a struggle now. The only way to survive is by investing.

It's WAY worse than that! Floridians who own autos, boats, RVs, pets or renters are forced to pay Citizens' losses if the corporation can't. Even if they're not a Citizens policyholder. Florida's gop concocted this scheme years ago. Republicans say they're lowering taxes, but they just find devious ways to raise taxes without representation.
