As a bona fida Somali citizen and supporter of President of Hasan for the whole year, I would be very disappointed if the main reason he came there in Germany is true as reliable sources indicate. It is disgraceful if he comes there only to be part of cruel and an illegal deportation scheme of few hundrends of Somali refugees in exchange for small money and petty project . But if the president is doing some other bilateral work and other diplomatic business support it is fine. But to be part of the said cheap schemes at this juncture , where Somali nation is still at crosswords and tens of thousands of IDP and up rooted people that still need help languishing in camps in every region and evey corner within and outside of the country it doesn't make any sense. Leaders must have bigger vision and some policy priorities and not to involve in random and petty projects. Worse even, to be part of that kinds of negative public activities as a leader sounds a move of cheap mafioso polico at best. Many people including me were trying to forget and forgive his past mistakes few years ago in his first tenure when he mistakenly consented the UAE to came in Berbera and Bosaso ports and the coast of Somalia . I thought he has learned valuable lesson from it and knew his mistakes by now but I guess not.
