That fuse is on the motherboard not the one on the screen,, take it out on another board,, if you can't get it bridge it with a thine wire

I also have the similar problem. I have the voltages present for 3.3v and 19v. I also tried shorting the bios battery terminal i dont have twizzers but using a jumper wire and a solder wire but still the same issue persist. The HP 450 G3 both power jack LED and power button on LEd lights up and switches off.

If I flash the HP new bios without pasting DMI information it can work? Old bios corrupted during update and I cant access DMI information. Laptop now blinks 5 times slow and 2 times fast on CAPS key.

If you download the orginal file with DMI info it will work but the serial number will be missing and others

It was set on 12v -3amp but I don't recommend that you can start with 2v then reduce your current to 1amp and if there are no hot component gradually increased the current. THANKS

Do you have to insult me to get my attention??? If you have a repair sense you wouldn't have made this stupid comment. Firstly a laptop coming from a technician was already open as you heard me said on the video, if I didn't connect the speaker I was supposed to know it's the ram fault??? Secondly replacing the CMOS battery holder was important because it was broken and does not hold back the battery. The broken slot I wasn't supposed to replace it??? Is that what you are saying .. I have the laptop and what i found is there is power light on when i plug the charger but no charge light. I hear the drive spinning but machine does not boot fan does not spin and did not find it short to ground. Any Advice?

You need to troubleshoot the laptop step by step because your problem can be cause by different things.. firstly take out the battery, clear CMOS and try to power again.. more steps to take if that doesn't solve your problem
