The video is kind of okay considered the fact that after reading the instructions from the one that I bought the ozone setting can kill your guinea pigs it can kill fleas and flea larval hatched eggs so you should tell people that if you run the machine remove all animals and pets from the room when you run the cycle on ozone settings. It's very dangerous to make these video cuz you can be liable for damage to animals, pets death especially the smaller animals. it's not safe when running on the ozone settings the negative ion may be safe to run while in the area but the ozone settings you should not really be in the same room when it's happening. In fact the instructions tell you that when you're leaving to go out you should run your machine on the ozone settings or close your door in a particular room when running the machine on the ozone settings you really need to do research first before you make videos like this. UPDATE : I SEE YOU MENTIONED IT IN YOUR DESCRIPTION BUT YOU DON'T MENTION IT IN YOUR VIDEO. SO IF YOU THINK THAT PROTECTS YOU YOU'RE WRONG. YOU NEED TO MENTION THAT IN THE VIDEO BECAUSE UNLESS YOU TELL PEOPLE FOR FURTHER IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AS WELL FOR FURTHER IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES PEOPLE, WON'T KNOW TO DO THAT. You need to update your video and let people know about the importance the safety measures that should take when using this product just because you want some cash back because you did this video on the product and you open that the company will give you money that's not a good enough is incentive to sell their products unless you want to be responsible for people pets dying for people having health issues. Do better!

I think allot of people get these units and really don't understand the USB side of things when it relates to speed and are disappointed. This device supports the UASP protocol and without a computer port that supports UASP; speeds will be greatly reduced. With a normal desktop you can get a external card and in my case I purchased a 20gig per second cable USB-c to USB-c. I went from 19mbps to 225mbps. Over the network I get speeds of 130mbps. Good way to check how you are connected or rather connected properly is to run Crystal disk info and check that the connection type to a drive in the box is (UASP (Serial ATA). Adding a converter cable may introduce a bottle neck so watch for that when looking for speed. Just some thoughts.
