AWESOME I do a version of this in Aqua Zumba i got from Richard Gormley at an Aqua Boost. Was trying to gauge speed here on land. Your moves are terrific. Was wondering if I can borrow a few moves to place in my choreo to help it fit on land?

Try dancing for about an hour straight, like zumba, and than you'll see how its a work out! its actually way funner than aerobics classes to me.
