What is difference in this and 247se

I like this trailer a lot. Is it a new design for 2025? Are there used ones available? Can you change the opening side of the refrigerator? Is there a powered awning available? Sorry for so many questions.

I have a 2024 I just purchased having problems with the pump already I can't believe some of the quality control issues that were looked over Forest River should get better quality control person to sign off that's my only complaint.

Only way is to feed the coaxial cable through the window and connect directly to the receiver. 2. Forest River needs to label the breaker panel and explain how to open it. Neither is mentioned in the manual. 3. The leveling jacks are weak steel that don't support the weight of the RV. One of mine bent out. 4. The side storage door locks are junk. Will not lock.

Typical product where they have put lipstic on a pig. Poor, poor poor!! Did I say Pooooor. Both slide bottoms failing after 3 weeks of use. Interiors falling apart and poor quality interior construction. Outer side walls separating. Out side door separating and does not seal. Can't put anything in the cupboards because the shelf material is so thin it buckles under the weight of 1 can of food. Buy Annnnythig else

Worst RV ever. Water leaking through the slides and windows!! 150 days and still waiting for Forest River toi fix thier shit should never be alowed to sell thea units!!! Run

I really like campers like this but just wish part of the wall could slide up or what not so you could use the stove and the sink on the inside and if the fridge was on a slide or something that would be cool so you could get to it from inside or outside

Seams like 12K is a lot for that little thing and too be that empty.

Not too crazy about the air conditioner being underneath the dinette. Everybody's feet are going to freeze. Or owners may avoid using the dinette when the AC is cranking

This particular model is very VERY nice..I am impressed..however I would probably switch out the generator for a lithium battery…

I am currently in my MicroMax. I bought it last summer, 2023. Whoever designed this thing with the air conditioner on the floor is a complete moron. In the summer, it is absolutely impossible to sleep on the queen sized bed. So, forget bringing two people out to camp in it, the only place to sleep is on the front one person dinette bench where the AC hits you a little bit, but it’s still just WAY TOO HOT in here. It’s also so low to the ground that literally every driveway and parking lot entrance will scrape the bottom of the trailer. I had to spend money to get mine lifted to avoid this. Seriously, the heat in here in the summer, it’s TERRIBLE.

I have the 2023 15RE version and ive never owned something so poorly put together. Ive camped in it twice for a total of 5 days and its been back to the dealer for warranty work 4 times and going back again tomorrow...

OK, I answered my own question, one month later I bought the Avenger 16RD, very nice for its size and price. It does not come with a radio. Very roomy and I bought extra dinette table floor mounts so I can move the table around. But the designers did cut into the available storage space. The 6 gallon hot water tank is under the main sink and the water pump is under the bathroom sink. Maybe it could have been installed under the rear bench? Also, I decided to remove the front cabinet doors. If you mount a tv, you can not completely open the right cabinet door. And it is awkward to hold open the left cabinet door open while trying to place something in the cabinet, the bathroom is in the way. I have seen plenty of other RV's only having a front storage shelf, no doors. There is a lip along the edge of the cabinet so nothing can fall out during travel. Still a great camper for 2-3 people. Seems like you learn more after you buy it!

Can you get a Tri-Fold Sofa instead of the Theater seat sofa? Wish it had a outdoor grill & fridge!

I purchased the same RV and I had nothing but problems from day one. I paid over $50,000 for it. I was promised it's one of the best RV out there. The first time it rained I had water coming into the RV from the slide out windows. The RV completely flooded. The reason I purchased a brand new RV it's so I don't have to deal with any kind of repair. The company tried to fix it three times with no luck. Now I need to hire an attorney to try to get my money back. Do not purchase this RV it is absolutely junk.

One of the most dishonest dealerships I have ever dealt with. Still waiting on my TPMS they promised. They won’t be able to service your unit if you buy from them.

We were RV newbies in 2021 when we bought our Lance 1995…Lance is really about people who like to travel a lot - we’ve gone across the continent 3 times and are very happy with our unit. The newer ones appear to be better with a quieter (trauma?) water and central heater and fully opening windows. Improvements on suspension as well. What we value is the double axles, LARGE tanks (45/45/45) for boondocking…double (400 watts total) solar and strong inverter which enables us to use our microwave/convection oven and coffee maker without shore power. We also have the Murphy bed sofa which provides a proper chair for reading and watching TV. We were surprised as the amount of storage in the Lance as well (storage is always a challenge). You’ll come the appreciate the lighter towing weight and smaller length.What would I change/add? Have them put electric heating pads in the tank bay in addition to the centrally vented heating system so that you can keep your tanks warm when you’re travelling or stationary without running the central heating. Second, the slide adds terrific space inside (you’ll love it) but never open/close your slide unless the trailer is level and supports are down. Second, Lance should be offering a set of interior slide legs that support the big/long slide when the slide is pulled inside and you’re bouncing up and down on rough roads- the slide is deep and heavy and will lever and bust the slide motors and outside wall without that inside support. I made myself a set and it makes a great addition. I’d buy another Lance.
