This is the BEST RECIPE!! I made muffins and just had to put them in the oven for 40mins and they are PERFECT!!!! My dessert connoisseur husband and picky toddler LOVED THEM and I added a couple chocolate chips on top. Please make more recipes using almond flour

@suzanne1430 no. With this method my noodles became mushy beyond conpare. It's just not a god method and I've had better results elsewhere. Rude or not, this method is not accurate. The time needs to go down be several minutes. I stand by this method sucks. Way too long. It was my initial response in the moment. Frustrated I ruined dinner for my family and wasted resources. Good day to you sir.

@@BrianRafferty-e4o I’m sorry to hear that it’s not working for you but If you use thinner noodles then you can reduce the timer about 5-8 minutes and thinker noodles for 10-15 minutes. I’m glad that you found better ways elsewhere. Good luck.

Raise and clean with boiled water, if you intend to eat like that. If your going to used in stir fry you can raise with cold water. Simple.

What kind of rice do you use?

Umm, I know it's bitter but removing all the pith from the fruit practically removes all the fiber and most of the vitamin C defying the purpose. You are then left with water and pulp. Not smart

have you tried forming it into 1 container and slicing it instead of using the potato masher?
@LemLTay
@LemLTay 2 ай бұрын
Alas, sliced shapes might taste similar, but the traditional shape is the noodle with tapering "tails" on both ends. That is very characteristic of banh lot / lod chong / cendol, so if the shape is changed, it may not be able to be called its original name. Also, the cendol sets quite softly, and trying to cut the soft and sticky mass will likely be a frustrating job that will result in a mish-mash of uneven shapes and sizes. In Malaysia, we have this cendol in a deep bowl, hidden underneath a pile of finely shaved ice like that of a "snow cone", with thick coconut milk and palm sugar syrup poured over the top. The blast of cold ice that melts almost straightaway in the tropical heat is one of the most refreshing and reviving drinks ever in the unrelenting heat. I still have happiest memories of my childhood enjoying this cooling treat in front of the clocktower in the old part of town... them were the days!
