Judaism is not spiritual, it is more like doing things mechanically. On the mystical level it is more about decoding the bible but it is not spirituality it is decryption it is deciphering stuff out of the bible. By contrast, the Hindu mystics or buddist monks do chants, practice deep meditation, have a strict diet, experience out of body experiences and wierd spiritual stuff which Kabbalist do not experiece that. The methods and results are completely different. With the discovery of dinosaurs, the discovery of cavemen and the code of Hammurabi all these factors just contradict the story narratives of the bible. The discovery of deep fishes who live 1,000 meters below the sea are older than god. This is not meant to be an insult or to ridicule. Those deep fishes are as close to the dinosaurs you'll get. Some of them have that creepy long teeth dinosaur face. This is basic geology. All stones, all rocks have the same age. So the sand in the beaches in Telaviv is older than Hashem. The white beaches in Cancun are older than god. The rocks on the mountains are older than god. Today, mankind is intelligent. This is basic biology and geology. Then we come to archeology. There is no evidence that the Exodus took place. History contradicts the bible narrative. Moses is a liberator and Jews were slaves in Egypt. But acording to history, Yahmoses liberated the Egyptians from hyksos who came from the middle east. The hyksos were shepherds. But in the bible all shepherds are good. Also Moses 345 and Name 345 have the same meaning. Then Moses and Yah are the same just as Yahmose who liberated the Egyptians from the Hyksos. And within all this madness about archeology, geology, history, there is a Creator god, a real one, not exactly what is written down in the Torah because the Personality of Hashem is Human. Provided that the Individual, the person who is reading the Bible, that he is Righteous and Virtuous then you would see the flaw character traits of Hashem. So, it is a difficult time. Then we come to Bible Code --- obviously a higher power was the mastermind of the Torah because it is an impossibility; the coincidences are just too unreal. This is basic statistics --- math.

I feel bestowal is gained with true dedication and knowing it really is all about God and nothing else when we realise that most people lose ego and reach together in understanding. With all knowledge we realise the invention started within before technology was invented so just knowing bestowal and that desire to know creator and cleanse and repent and weed out things that are the distractions and what things are better choices we all grow in our understanding and even that is a process due to effort and experience and finding Good teachers to guide us along our paths. All in all God is the best teacher yet there are the Holy books and teachers that do guide us in the right direction. All of our ancestors really started out with instinctive knowledge and experience and back then there was less distractions. Along the way it is good to write down your journey and even keep dream journals that gives insight to your personal growth when we make those things like writing and dream Journaling and learning Torah it really makes you see what technology is vs being a tiny part of God's plan understanding that really does come from within and realizing technology is outside of us.

I've often suspected that the Buddha Shakyamuni was trying to convey something similar by his "rebirth" teachings. On the surface it appears to be all about the continuity of an ego (ātta) through rounds of lifetimes, but the Sixfold Wheel (Bhāvacakka) can be interpreted as a map of human states of consciousness to useful effect on the path.
