Awesome! As a property manager with 40 years experience, I have had so many horrible experiences with police not knowing the laws, taking sides with deadbeat tenants, and getting threatening with me as a result of tenants calling police to me when I was well within my rights.

Ooen your front door and the neighnours across the road are blaring music ib their garabge, open the back door and the back neighbors are blaring music. Dont expect to be able to open your doors and windows for fresh air. O crap, there goes that dog yapping again, going on since 8 am and it almost 10.

No noise laws. Dogs bark in peoples yards for hours on end. Work at home, forget it. Cant go into your own yard without setting off the neglected dogs who will bark for another hour or so.

Very outdated. Our town has changed and many of these places shown are closed. FYI

They have Chinese/South East Asian armed cops working at the main lobby of their Davis Courthouse at 7755 Hurontario who are straight from the mental asylum or a drug rehab and are a threat to the public safety. They throw up their arms in the air, then when you ask them "Why are you chucking your hands all over the place" they scream hysterically "Are you not afraid of me?!"

Very suburban though. Lora of traffic congestion now and very expensive. I have lived and worked in cities all across Canada and Barrie really is nothing special. Also terrible climate, sweltering hot summers with heavy thunderstorms and tornadoes. Winter is grey and snow every day! The winters here are worse than those in the Maritimes, where I grew up. No real community here now. The monthly carrying costs to own are so high here, and I know because I am a home owner here.

very outdated so to me priced way too high. no landscaping, staged nice and its clean but at let's say 8 thousand a month on a 5% fixed with 25 down even that basement won't rent for much it needs a lot of upgrade and tlc. buyers will be very mindful now going into a purchase. pretty good neighbourhood and size is nice I wish you all the best in the sale . tough times
