i just listen to railway and you are right. it's definitely not the steamiest song I've heard. the finalists for that are church by chase Atlantic. like you mean it by steven Rodriguez and rodeo by lah pat.

Oh I definitely don’t think it’s the steamiest I’ve heard either, just thought it’d be great for marketing!🫶🏼

I actually have 2 sets, but these are the ones I recommend the most--the other ones I've bought twice, and were both wayyyyyy too much of a pain to untangle. They're the curtain lights but sturdier than flimsy wire, so they fall super easily! - amzn.to/4h36YQ6

Tell me about your desk and chair. Where did you get them and do you have links?
@AuthorSarahSutton
@AuthorSarahSutton 2 күн бұрын
My desk is IKEA! It's made up of three components: 2 ALEX drawers and one tabletop, I believe it's called LAGKAPTEN, the version that's wider than standard. Here are the links to those, in respective order! www.ikea.com/us/en/p/alex-drawer-unit-white-00473546/ www.ikea.com/us/en/p/lagkapten-tabletop-white-10508220/ My chair is from Amazon! A GAME CHANGER when it came to actually enjoying being at my desk. I never knew a desk chair was so important, but I'm obsessed. It's a little on the pricier side, but 100% worth it to me! - amzn.to/4h7XEuo

I really would love my own office space like the way you have it set yours up. I wish my bedroom wasn't so tiny. I would also love to have a second bookshelf to display all of the books I have published, but unfortunately only one bookshelf can fit in my room.

The bookshelf company should hire your dad. ☝🏻 He could open up a whole new market for them 😁 And congrats on building the shelf on your own. I also hate building things and always feel like I want to cry if I look at all the different parts and steps 😅

I'm so dramatic. I nearly cried watching this because I've been feeling like a horrible writer. I've been writing for roughly twenty years but I repeat words, phrases, and dialogue. This is incredibly helpful. I feel like I can start making progress in my writing again.💛

LOVE the emotional wound thesaurus...now I'm curious about the amplifier one. I'm a discovery writer too and only think (very carefully because if I think too hard about it my brain melts) about plotting when I'm editing. Haven't tried Save the Cat because plotting books aren't really my thing though I didn't mind Superstructure and Write Your Book from the Middle by...? Can't remember his name! lol. I just finished Writing Into the Dark by Dean Wesley Smith who actually encourages writing without an outline though he's a bit hardcore and doesn't believe in editing at all. Great video, thanks for all the info -- will definitely check out the other thesauruses..thesauri?

Ooh, this is so helpful! I might have to get a few of these. Also, as someone who lives in a rural area, when I say it out loud, it sounds like "rule". But my Midwest accent also makes me pronounce "butter" as "budder", so take that with a grain of salt. 😂
