As amazing and adorable the clay Pikmin are in this picture, the dread inducing music of the Submerged Castle kinda makes it a bit cursed looking. Especially the dead stare of the Purple Pikmin, he doesn't even appear in the dungeon until the final floor to finally beat the Water Wraith for you and even HE looks like he's seen some serious shit

People imply the song sounds slower because Louie is less skilled than Olimar. I see it as the opposite. He's so good at surviving he doesn't take it very seriously. Unlike Olimar's adventurous spirit he's got a "whatever I guess I'll do it" kinda approach.
