my favorite song of the whole game! So many times, if I was at a place I thought was pretty (like looking at the pyramid in the blue sky void) and this song came on I'd just leave it and look. So calming!

Update in 2024 - I talked with one of the original devs! He said that they were running out of storage space to fit the game on one CD-ROM, so the thing that happened is they kept compressing and re-compressing the audio until it was barely acceptable quality. That is probably why this original version from APM you can hear the flutes more.

One of my favorite soundtracks ever. I currently hold the 4th highest score on the leaderboards of Pinball Arcade on this game. Love it.

I love how each theme builds off each other. It really fits the theme of bringing The Machine to life, from a sleek robot to a beautiful woman!

Is there a way to get the background ambiance? Like how the forest one has birds chirping and wind blowing through trees, or how rain has the sounds of... well... rain.

Note that I don't mean the sound effects of the elements when clicked, I mean the background ambience that isn't the music that plays only when that element's stage is being played.

Mark Morgan, the composer of Fallout 1 and 2, and Zork Nemesis, worked on the music for this game but I can't find any of his tracks...

This is actually one of his, the description is wrong. In the credits for the game it describes Mark Morgan as having done all the underground music. John Beal seems to have released his portion of tracks for the game officially, which is why it's easier to find his, but this one actually is Mark!

This is a remastered version, because the tracks in the game are shorter and sound different. I'm happy to find it them here, my favourite is Norik Remix.

The kicker: "big points". That always cracks me up, on a high scoring game it throws 5 thou at you for a prize. T2 is a close second in my top ten, IMO.
