If it’s thin a plus is that light can make it glow! Also using tin foil you can make a gnarly looking stem! Great job

Increible ver una pista nueva tyco. Yo tengo el pasatiempo de restaurar este tipo de pistas. observe que tienes problemas para que funcione como deveria ser. Lo que te falto fue limpiar mas a fondo las lineas de la pista y dar mantenimiento a los carros. ya que con el paso de los años se oxidan los colectores y las llantas se secan. si te es posible, cambia las llantas y pule los colectores de los carros y coloca lubricante en los ejes y engranes. Saludos desde México CDMX. Incredible to see a new tyco track. I have a hobby of restoring these types of tracks. Notice that you are having trouble getting it to work as it should. What you needed was to clean the track lines more thoroughly and maintain the cars. since over the years the collectors rust and the tires dry out. If possible, change the tires and polish the collectors of the cars and put lubricant on the axles and gears. Greetings from Mexico CDMX.

My brother back when we were kids had one like this. But it was called Tommy Talker. Other than that, it's identical. The Elastic band broke I don't know how many times in the first week until our parents just gave up fixing it LOL.

I believe I showed what I did in the video. I turned it upside down on its back and then I hot glued and taped the legs to the bottom which was kind of tricky but if you improvise you'll get it done

I have a Jerry Mahoney 32" , what I believe to be from the 1950's because it has the pull string coming down along the stick, and NOT through the back of the head. I did the basic repair with elastic cord and got the mouth to open & close, but not with the pull string, I pull on the string & nothing happens, what did I do wrong?

Um, did you just put a plastic colander into boiling water with your food? You may want to use a stainless steel one in the future, unless you're trying to add plastics to your diet...
