I’m sorry for the later reply. I actually found it on Amazon. I would recommend a similar one that is a pug in. For me, it stays accurate. Whenever I have to travel and use batteries on this, the accuracy starts to decline when the batteries are loosing juice.

I use between 8 and 10% depending on the fragrance oil. Some as much as 12%

I do 4 to a sheet and cut them down to size. Still working on finalizing lable design so I use whole sheets when I'm still tinkering
