How are orders connected to the system? Or do they have to be entered manually?

Orders are usually automatically retrieved from the laundry's IT system to allow the highest level of automation for pack-out.

Great! India could really benefit from such automatic sorting machines, especially given the massive volume of bedspreads and pillowcases used by Indian Railways.

This is clunky to carry constantly, expensive, and not sustainable. I supply an inexpensive, easy to use, extremely durable, back-saving PVC tennis ball collector. I play tennis 2-3 times a week and so the tennis ball collector I have made and am supplying worldwide is lightweight PVC with top cover and extremely durable perfect size rubber at the collection point at the bottom that takes in the balls and prevents them from falling. Holds up to 16 balls and is 1 meter long and can easily fit into any car. It's a dream for leisurely picking up tennis balls quickly and easily. Estimated durability without replacing anything is at least 5 years with constant use. I'll be supplying Amazon soon. I am an Australian based in Malaysia. You can order direct from me after seeing my video. We can ship worldwide. The product cost is only US $ 51 plus shipping. You repeatedly save so much time and energy on the tennis court that you can put into your tennis practice and become more perfect with your shot-making. My name is Arthur. If you need asap please email me: [email protected] Subject: Easiest to use and most durable Tennis Ball Collector. Or WhatsApp me +60172276208

Hello, what material should be this attached plastic fiber which you've screwed to the rod? Because my machine is done, but when the ball reaches the rod it stops and can be collected. Is this plastic material should be soft or hard, also how wider should be? Thanks in advance.

Interesting. You need to work on a script. Also make it a shorter video no more than 10 minutes. Great ideas. Looking forward to your next video presentation.

Hello, I am trying to make this. Can you please help me with the following questions. 1.) I see you took the orange blade out and removed it with the long rod. Where did you get the rod? what is the size of that rod? 2.) You attached the plastic fiber or sheet and screwed it to the new rod. Did you make the holes in that rod by yourself or it comes like that? Thank you
@paddlepower8882 жыл бұрын
1. For the purpose of making this video, they took the rod from another Bosch AHM38G mower--many people want this collector because it's much faster than a ball hopper and cheap. The video omitted footage showing him cutting off the blades with a $15 Harbor Freight angle grinder, polishing the remaining rod and drilling holes for the sweeper blades. 2. You drill the holes in the rod yourself, or find a machine shop or friend with a drill press. Don't give up. Do this. (if you haven't already)

I just automotive hose clamped on rubber blades, with angle tile trim support, works well. One thing I need to do is add a 5kg dumbbell on it I think., to give it more weight to keep the wheels turning, because I often get jammed if I don't keep weight pressure on the wheels.

after a close lookup of a reel mower machine, i found it is almost impossible to cut those blades off the machine without special tools. i just wish we can buy one without the blades.

Great genius idea! I am thinking that do i need to make a roller to fit the two wheels and to be perfect size to have balls roll in?

Thx for your answer. We dont have any hospital customers, but lots of hotel or spa guests like to leave paper towels or other stuff in their bath robes, or people working in plants leave all kind of stuff in their working clothes and it takes time to check it all. I will contact you with my questions via e-mail.

So great! I am going to build one of these. Question: How many tennis balls can fit in the bin on that Bosch AHM38G? In this video it looks like you collected 25 balls in just 2 seconds, which is great. How many can you fit into that bin before you have to empty it into the tennis ball bins?

Hi, 1 We used a Bosch AHM38G 2 Unmount the Cylinder (it is quite easy to take off the wheels, but to remove the cylinder, you must find a "hidden" thread in the shaft.) 3 Cut all the blades of the cylinder with a metal grinder. You need to cut everything but the central shaft 4 Replace the metal blades (that cuts the grass) with 2 blades of some soft material (1-2 mm plastic or rubber). Drill a few holes in the shaft, and mount the new blades with some bolts/nuts.

Hi - you say 1-2mm, however I have seen another KZbin video of someone putting roller in with plastic blades and it looks much thicker than 2mm - more like 4/5mm. Also, the wheels work well on carpet however on artificial clay maybe the surface of the wheels would need to be adapted somehow in order to grip the surface properly. In a comment in the other video a person who had managed to convert from lawn mower to ball collector was considering putting on a 5kg weight to the machine for it to grip the ground better.
