This is untenable, because Central Park Real Estate is a billionaires market, the odd part of this equation is that if this colossus of an apartment was purchased the residence would remain empty and used only for tax and investment purposes… 🙄

Room service is nice, but you share the pool, gym and spa with the hotel guest as well. Is this why this tower is the (very) relatively cheap one on the Row?

Not a penthouse. A penthouse is above the main roof level and has a large outdoor terrace. A realtor who twists word meanings should be watched like a hawk.
