Natural selection and craving ! What Charles Darwin forgot about ? Because the valency and ionization energy of oxygen in melatonin molecules ( inhibited by light ) are just the same as that of GABA molecules, when GABA excited by light sources such as UV rays, IR , GAMA rays etc. Via pineal gland , in the absence of eye sight , beta waves are generated in relation to REDOX reactions with the help of ionization energy of oxygen in the sulfate molecules resulting in an electrochemical gradient of ions inducing synthesis of ATP (just as in the case of modulation of theta waves , Mg ^2+ is replaced by Ca^2+ , generating digital waves ) Moreover , by virtue of cAMP 's on /off mechanism digital waves are modulated in accordance with visual data and stored " pseudo cods "in the microtubules of the superior cervical ganglion and auditory data , in the microtubules of the otic ganglia mainly ultimately leading to transmition of information from generation to generation( via feotus , as earlier explained ) according to Buddhist philosophy this phenomenon is called "thanha " or craving .

Wish I knew this before, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much easier and potent now!

I have Paroxysmal Cold Hemoglobinuria. I am symptom free unless I get cold. When I get cold and my red Blood cells die, I have chills and muscle aches. If I lose too many RBC, then I am fatigued and short of breath. If anyone knows of a support group I'd love to hear about it.

What software do you guys really use to create such beautiful videos of molecules and proteins?! I've read some articles about the story of how these videos were made and it was shared by Callum and Leo. I had a hard time to believe these scientific illustrations were made in 3DSMax with the plugin called ThinkingParticles!

If I google 'nitric oxide and heart attack' I see that one does NOT want to increase nitric oxide. Why not?
@TONY-bv3fk
@TONY-bv3fk 7 ай бұрын
Nitrates (NO3) in and of themselves are inert, and then they are further reduced to nitrites (NO2) by bacteria in the mouth or enzymes in the body. The bacteria in the mouth are crucial because humans can’t convert nitrates to nitrates - only bacteria can. Killing the bacteria with mouthwash or antibiotics has been shown to stop the production of nitric oxide from dietary nitrates. And you can see where chewing the food well gives way more exposure to the bacteria than does drinking a smoothie quickly, especially through a straw. Nitrites then can go two ways. They can either turn into NO aka Nitric Oxide (good) or nitrosamines (bad). Nitric oxide (NO) is a powerful vasodilator, and adding a little vinegar (acetic acid) to the greens, further enhances the NO production. This is actually how the well-known drug nitroglycerin works. It is a source of nitrate, which quickly turns into nitric oxide and dilates the blood vessels. But when nitrites are exposed to high heat, in the presence of amino acids and in the absence of plants, they can turn into compounds called nitrosamines. Nitrites can also turn into nitrosamines in the stomach in the absence of Vitamin C. There are many different types of nitrosamines... and most of them are potent carcinogens. They are among the main carcinogens in tobacco smoke, for example. Because most bacon, hot dogs and processed meat tend to be high in sodium nitrite and they're high protein (amino acids), exposing them to high heat creates the perfect conditions for nitrosamine formation. The nitrosamines are the carcinogens, not the nitrites themselves. The nitrosamines are what cause the cancers. The only reason we’re concerned about nitrites is that, under certain circumstances, they can turn into nitrosamines, and other N-nitroso compounds. The nitrites themselves are fine-in fact, amazing, because they can turn into NO, dilating blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, improving athletic performance. Numerous studies suggest that nitrates can enhance physical performance, especially during high intensity endurance exercise. A few studies have shown that beet roots (high in nitrates) can reduce the oxygen cost of exercise by 5.4%, increase time to exhaustion when running by 15% and improve sprinting performance by 4% So as long as nitrites turn into NO [nitric oxide], we’re good. It’s only when they turn into nitrosamines that they cause trouble.

@TONY-bv3fk thank you. Since posting, I was under the impression that since blood pressure medication is given to people post heart attack, extra nitric oxide introduced, may cause blood pressure to dip too low....
