It doesn’t look like it’s “constantly” bleeding but there are times it secretes the blood like liquid and can be in various shades from red to gray and even translucent. I’ve got one as my phone background and took the image myself. Creepy little guys but beautiful in its own way. Fun fact the mushroom is “edible” but tastes so bad everyone agrees it’s in-edible😅
