To get to know ourselves and for our spiritual development, we greatly need God's grace, which manifests itself primarily in Silence. And Silence is sorely missed in our world. Due to this, there are more and more people with psychological problems. Silence precludes violence. Violence is always noisy. He incites the crowd to howl, shouts, marches wildly, shoots, throws bombs, explodes, sends death with rockets. The medium of peace is silence. So don't be afraid of silence. All important things happen in silence. Plants sprout in silence, fetuses develop in silence, true thoughts come in silence, and love is born in your heart in silence." And God, the Infinite Beauty, embraces you in silence!

So you blend the yolk as a desert? Did you put eggs to boil water before for few seconds?
@kovaclimbs
@kovaclimbs 3 ай бұрын
Yea, the yolks with some fruit make a hell of a good treat. You can freeze the banana beforehand if you want an ice cream. I didn't boil the eggs as you can see in the video, when yolks oxidize they can lose some nutrients so I prefer to have them raw. Whites are better cooked tho.

Yes, being connected with nature is very important, but if someone is truly depressed and not just feeling down, therapy is needed most of the time. Therapy can uncover deep hidden issues, which you might not find and treat by yourself. I mean, most don't even have the knowledge to do so, and also it's a ton of work. Also, therapy isn't just something for depressed people and in my opinion, everyone should have a therapist in their life atleast once, since there's just something "wrong" with everyone. Sure, one might argue that there can be beauty found in the flaws of one self, which is true, viewed from an artistic perspective. However, there are just things that block people from actual healthy relationships (relationship with yourself & others), which should be worked on with a therapist. Just to make it clear, being in therapy is NOT a weakness. People who have been in therapy can often handle certain situations and emotions better than the average human. Well, that's if they took it serious and genuinely worked on their inner self. I totally got your point and again, nature is crucially needed to have a relaxed & clear body, mind and state. However this is not always enough in today's society. Being in nature, while visiting therapy and working on your inner self is a great way for whoever wants to and is going through the change already. Though we must consider that there's people not even being able to get out of bed, and those people really just need to take simple small steps (which feel huge to them) towards getting better. Another note: socialisation, diet and a purpose are other crucial factors to feeling good, but they might not be the highest priority to one with depression. To whoever is reading this and struggling: It's hard to get out of that state, it really is, but I assure you, it's possible.

@@desireinmyheart Thank you for such a long critic comment! I just want to add something to it... Imo, nobody should NEED a therapist at any point in their lives. If our ancestors didn't need therapists for thousands of years, by that logic we should've evolved to be able to resolve our depression by talking to our "tribe" about it (or just someone we love and trust). BUT, the real problem to blame here is how our society has evolved. We have the education system, the unhealthy modern pleasures and social isolation is somewhat normalized. I understand the cause of depression can be something like a breakup or death of a loved one, but the things I listed in the sentence before only make it harder to overcome that depression because people approach overcoming it the way that is only good short term, but not long term. Imo, if someone wants to cure their depression long term, they need to confront it head on, but they usually don't have the motivation to (again because of how society has evolved to be now).

I'm also not demonizing therapists, nor am I a psychologist. If someone finds going to therapy very beneficial to their recovery I encourage them to keep at it. I'm just stating my view point on recovering your mental health because the way I described it has surely helped me in the past with mild depression stages.
@desireinmyheart
@desireinmyheart 4 ай бұрын
@@kovaclimbs Valid response. All I want to say is that therapy isn't just talking about one's feelings, it's also deep-going, specialized questions that usually don't come up in a conversation talking to a friend or family, as well as certain methods and exercises. So you cannot compare therapy nowadays with conversations that humans had way long ago. Even today a trusted conversation between you and a friend would not be the same as therapy unless at least one of you has knowledge of psychology.
