Sounds good dude. I do half and half. Half Buckethead wrist picking and half Takayoshi circle picking. I feel like if you combine them you can go faster than either on its own.

Best way. And youre right on the speed aspect of it it is definitely the best way ive found to pick and i ended up learning to do so from pebber brown (rip). You hit the nail on the head as far as im concerned
