I know I am late to this and you might have figured it out by now, but that console is from a 68-69 Impala/Caprice. It is bigger than than what would of come in Chevelle's, but would probably still work. I had one I was going to use in a Chevelle as well until I found a correct one.

🤣🤣🤣 I worked with the power company and before I was an overhead lineman I was on a terminating truck where I did a lot of underground cable splicing and I couldn't tell you how many times I did something like that! Once it on an underground primary cable where it came down the pole and fed a padmount transformer and I didn't slide the flood seal over the splice and when the guy in the bucket truck went to throw in the fuse link he got his ears rung 😂

lol yeah power steering brackets on them are all different I’ve added washers nuts or cut and welded lol that’s only down fall of them now ties but still better than fords that ones

Hiya Brad! I'm in no way trying to tell you or anyone what they should or shouldn't do & you may know this but, if you take something with a pointy end, like an old screwdriver ground to a point and heat it up and go through from the bottom side, it'll sorta sear around the hole you're making in your new carpet and help to keep it from fraying. Plus, I believe it looks a bit cleaner as well! She's coming along nicely! ~ Scott 💙👊🏻 I remember having surgery on my knee... well...it was actually called a high tibia osteotomy, which is basically where I was really bad bow legged and it was wearing the cartilage faster on the inner side of my knee from years of climbing poles as a lineman but they cut out a pie piece shape of bone and straightened my tibia then put in an artificial bone graft and a plate & screws. I had to wear a stiff brace for almost 3 months and no pressure at all on it for right at 6 months. Hope ya get healed up soon!

Leaded gas was better stuff heck now they rape you at pump and add ethanol which makes water if sets any time so no ethanol gas. Oh mad max had leg brace in first one lol

Yeah I crack turbo 350 one side of pan to other side of pan busted it plum into passing old lady u joint snapped off rear end throwing drive line out then all hell happened 😂
