Layout is going to be Awesome. Just an unusual comment, the ditchlights on my 2 expo engines are terrible. From the video the clubs one looks Great. Were there modifications? Look forward to the next video

Well Done!!! As a Silver Streak fan (my first "date" movie ever) this was fantastic. Only thing missing was the Lethbridge trestle that showed up a few times in the movie. Your end scene was spot on.

While these trains all look pretty impressive and pretty much overwhelm the layout, the sad thing is that none of these trains would be considered long by prototype standards.

Cool layout. I've watched alot of the clubs videos. Could you tell me what paint was used to make the handrails white. And any tips. I was told that it requires a certain paint

When it came out I was hoping Rapido would create a Silver Streak set from their Canadian cars and loccos but I imagine licensing might been a problem. Love what you did, at first I thought it was factory produced.

I keep watching this over and over! This has to be one of the world's most beautiful model railroads ever, and I mean of any scale! Magical landscaping! What you did to modify those locomotives and cars into the imaginary AmRoad train is also amazing! How did you get everything masked so perfectly? I've been doing N-scale myself for around 45 years or so, so I am well aware of what you are dealing with. Right now, I am struggling to repaint a sacrificial old dog of a Con-Cor E7A into just the simplified(!) Great Northern Empire Builder scheme, and I am struggling to get all the lines straight I mean, you people are like WOW! Well, at least once I am done, I will no longer have that Con-Cor unicorn PA1 in GN dress, which never existed :) This AmRoad paint job is really amazing and so clean and straight!

The FP9s are Rapido CP units. We masked the Pacman and lettering and did a light paint. Then we applied decals. The cars were easy, as we just applied decals over the CP Rail.. thanks for the comments on the layout

@@rodneycase Sounds similar to how they did the actual train in the movie.
