Yay. I love day in the life videos. I honestly have never got into short form stuff. I can’t connect with the short stuff. It’s maybe good for outfit ideas but I like to sit and relax and watch long form not scroll and get sucked into scrolling pointlessly through out the day at short form stuff. I miss the days where there were long form videos and Instagram was for photography ! I don’t even really use tik tok. Maybe I’m old ! But I just find it all a bit much watching loads and loads of minute long videos ! 😅😅😅

Hey Katie I love your travel videos. Just a question did you kids find eating in Thailand ok? I have such fussy eaters and I remember you saying yours were, how did they get on?

They were absolutely fine Candace, my two girls are ok (ish 😂) nowadays, but especially my youngest he is quite fussy. They have ‘western’ food available as options at most restaurants, so he always had an option like pasta available. But also with the street food there was always something he could have too so it worked out absolutely fine :) x

No question , a wonderful space....so much so that we are hoping for one identical....what I'm puzzled by is that to be a conservatory it must be at least 70% glass and if not then it is an extension which comes with building regs and this one also has no partition doors which means it must have somehow met building regs...so it either it was built w/o being signed off or I'm missing something. We'll be going through this process shortly ....also looking at the brickwork for the question that has yet to be answered it looks to be 3.5x3.5...I bet this is the latest comment ever!

It was built as a conservatory by a conservatory company and didn’t need building regs. It was built on the foundations of an existing conservatory :)

My brother was the same he realised if mum or dad read with him, he didn't have to put as much effort in 😂, but he reads constantly now, has 5 books on the go at any one time. This really helped when he did his GCSEs.

Amazing vlog Katie!! I love how you capture every detail! Thailand/Bali are definitely on my list to travel.. Everything looks so gorgeous and the non tourist locations would definitely appeal! It looks really safe overall. The food looks incredible and certainly brilliant value if you make sure to research before xx

Another wonderful travel vlog Katie. You do them so well! It’s obvious you put so much effort into the edit. So great to watch and inspires me to travel more once my littlest is a bit bigger. I’m sure it’s not all sunshine and rainbows but your kids seem to travel so well. How does Wren manage it?

No it’s definitely not all sunshine and rainbows, we bicker and argue and get stressed with each other like all families do, but I’m not about to be reaching for my camera when that’s happening. 😂😂 Social media is a highlight reel isn’t it? Wren copes well with holidays which is funny cause in every day life he very much likes routine and structure. I think he just loves all the family being together, he gets tired of course and therefore grumpy, but overall he does really well.

Ah thank you. 🥰 Yes there was lots of vegetarian options and a lot of the street food they cook fresh for you so you can use Google translate to give them your requirements. And so safe, one of the places we’ve get most safe and definitely one of the most family friendly places we’ve been. Thai people are so incredibly friendly and they love children.

I hear you on wanting to brush teeth while traveling… a little tip, I always carry Xylitol gum with me when traveling - it cleans your teeth decently if you aren’t able to brush your teeth right away. Good for kids too and helps with the ears popping when the air pressure changes while landing in the plane.
