It's just my recreation of the static note from the original mod, it causes a screen-covering distraction if you miss it

Love how you just instantly die from starved health drain, and there's no way to counter it other then being lucky. Also how the fuck are you even supposed to make the fear counter go down? Cause it still goes up whether i'm playing or not

the fear health drain shouldn't be able to kill you, I limited it to leaving you with a sliver of health left, I tried my best to copy the fear mechanic from fight or flight into starved's sections
