Do you “trip plan” your entire route or just load up the information and take off. How about Google maps and get a view of the building location you’re going to? Seems to me if you did any of this type of planning you would eliminate some of the difficulties you’re having Bro. Just saying

Check your settings one the tablet to see if tolls are selected to be avoided. I know Texas doesn’t have them, but I have noticed with mine it wants to send me down county roads a lot more. Worth checking into see what’s selected

Well yes and no....no Prime doesn't find them... as the fleet owner we have to find our own drivers but yes the drivers are Primes company drivers

Keep track of that. Would be interested to put that into pcmiler and it’s set to shortest distance. I know some companies show miles they pay drivers routed off of shortest distance which obviously is not good for trucks.
