Hand is defined as something physical whether thats a body part or pointers on a clock to say Allah has a hand thats not like any other hand is to say Allah has something physical thats not like any other physical thing but the mere fact that its physical means that it is like any other thing. (الذين يقيمون الصلاة ويؤتون الزكاة , وهم راكعون). .
فمن صفتهم إقامة الصلاة - لا مجرد أداء الصلاة - وإقامة الصلاة تعني أداءها أداء كاملا , تنشأ عنه آثارها التي يقررها قوله تعالى: إن الصلاة تنهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر . . والذي لا تنهاه صلاته عن الفحشاء والمنكر , لم يقم الصلاة ; فلو أقامها لنهته كما يقول الله !

How does a number necessity something physical? You can say "I have two plans" You know have two options; 1: You have two physical schematics of the plans, then yes it is physical. 2: You have two plans/ideas in your head, is that now physical?
