I just accept to befriend with one. I was curious how they approach theirs victims. I am emotionnally strong and I knew he or she was a scammer so it was a calculated risk. I flush him ony after 2 days because he was so invasive! But for a lonely person I can imagine how they can be comfort. The one I accept just didn't want to leave me alone and also he wanted to know everything about me and this is something I just can't stand. I invented all my responses in a way it didn't make any sense and he just pretend it was OK and logical! Well, for thoses scammer the goal is to scam money no matter how they proceed I guess....

If you ask innocent questions to get to know them like, what do you usually eat for lunch, and they don't answer, or don't answer the question directly, that's a red flag. Also if you tease or joke with them and they take you seriously, that's another tip off. Another thing with the scammers I've encountered, they are not very intelligent people

Another love scam is when they try to lure you into fake investments like Bitcoin for example. Then they tell you how to transfer your money to make the "investment" which is just transferring money into their account.

That’s why I got off the dating site on Facebook. I don’t even accept friend request anymore. Don’t wanna talk to nobody online if I can’t meet somebody face-to-face then oh well. please everybody educate yourself on these scammers that’s what I did. I had somebody ask me for $5000. I told him to get a job.

On KZbin when I've commented on someone's video, don't give money even if you have met in person, there are grazers out there, they don't just scam online but both online and in person
