Hai, One of My Friend who has completed CS Course after 12 years with patience, now he is searching for a job in listing company as Assistant Company Secretary and he has 2 years of experience in Private Company Compliances. 1. The doubt is can an average student can get a job as an Assistant Company Secretary in a listed company with nil experience and knowledge in SEBI related Compliances. 2. How can he learn and survive in Corporate World.

Right Mam. But i want to tell you a incident : in my nearby canara bank branch an accountant seemed to be feel bossy . My father as a teacher aged 50 and i am his daughter turned 18 went to the bank to turn my minor account into major account. She started talking in a high pitch voice like just after my father said " Mam, my daughter's account will be major . Now what to do" . She was talking like a barking dog : what? ( high pitch) Major account ???! ( high pitch) my dad humbly : yes mam What's her age????( high pitch) 18+ She : what! 18 + . ( high pitch) Then said actually today it will not be done and the requirements are this this and this. My question to you is : Does being CA mean showing bossiness? Does it seem she was communicating with my dad?!! Then i was thinking of that if people have to respect such type of CA who can't respectfully talk to customer! She had no professionalism. I can't bear it at all!!! Next day i am gonna stand up for my father even if i am little to my father if she continues her bossy attitude!
